Returns, Refunds and Cancellations


Returns/ Replacements


• Unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days
• Return postage is paid for by the customer, unless the goods are faulty, in which case we shall refund the postage up to the value of £6.99 providing a receipt is included. 
• Goods must be unused (show no signs of wear, unworn outside of the house) and supplied with original packaging
• We recommend using a guaranteed delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery (we cannot accept any claims for lost or damaged returns without a certificate of posting from the Post Office)
• Please include a copy of your Order Receipt stating the reason for return and indicating whether you require an exchange or refund

Refunds


Refunds to a credit card will be processed immediately by us, but may take between 3-10 days to appear on your bank statement.

Refunds will include the amount of any initial delivery charge. However, we reserve the right to deduct, from the amount refunded, the cost of returning the footwear to Tredders Quality Footwear should it be incurred by Tredders.

Cancellations


You are entitled to cancel your order up to 7 working days from delivery to you.
