Terms and Conditions

(Referred to in these terms and conditions using the words "Tredders Quality Footwear", "we", "us" or "our")


1. Tredders Quality Footwear – Who We Are and How To Contact Us

1.1 Tredders Quality Footwear is a trading name of Classic Country Wear Limited (Company No. 7234296). The registered office is Tredders Quality Footwear, Unit 6 The Woodyard Castle Ashby Northampton NN7 1LF. 2. Minimum Order

There is no minimum order.


3. Prices And Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate of 20% and Excise Duty, unless otherwise specifically stated. Delivery charges are additional, where appropriate (see Clause 4 below). If you would like a VAT invoice please indicate this at the time of ordering.

3.2 We accept payment by Maestro, Visa and MasterCard, and American Express (online only).

3.3 Any discounts offered are based on prices that have been previously advertised on our website. Discounted products will have been available at their previously advertised price for at least 28 consecutive days in the previous 6 months.


4. Delivery & Insurance

4.1 Orders will be delivered to any single UK address. Orders will attract a delivery charge of £5.99 (inc. VAT) per single UK mainland address (excluding Northern Ireland). For delivery costs to non-mainland UK single addresses, the Scottish Highlands and overseas, please see our Delivery page. You agree that we may use independent third parties to deliver the footwear.

4.2 We can deliver to, and accept orders from, the Channel Islands & most overseas countries. Please contact us for the current relevant charges that may be applicable. Any duty incurred shipping internationally is the responsibility of the client.

4.3 While every effort is made to despatch your orders within a few days of acceptance, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. In exceptional circumstances, we may require a longer period. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you and Tredders Quality Footwear reserves the right to dispatch the order within a reasonable period of the occurrence of such delay.

4.4 The 1-2 Day Service and 3-5 Day Service as noted in our delivery services relates to the timeframe upon dispatch of the order.

4.5 The advertised FREE UK Delivery is applicable only to Mainland UK, excluding Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Island, and the Isles of White and Man.

5. Substitutions

We cannot guarantee the availability of all the products we advertise. In the unlikely event that certain lines become unavailable we will contact you to advise you of an expected delivery date or suitable replacement.


6. Refunds

6.1 All refunds will be carried out on the credit or debit card used during payment and will be immediately processed by us. Please allow 3-10 working days for the refund to reach you account.

6.2 A refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving back the returned goods, or on receiving proof of postage.  Please see our returns policy for further information.

6.3 Refunds will not include the amount of outward postage unless previously agreed by us.


7. Vouchers/ Voucher codes

7.1 Should you receive a voucher to redeem against the purchase of footwear from us you agree to be bound the terms and conditions on that voucher. Only one voucher per transaction and vouchers may not be used with products that are already discounted or are on sale.

7.2 Vouchers are not transferable and may not be sold or auctioned.

7.3 Voucher codes exclude Dubarry, Ariat, and RM Williams products.


8. Game and Country Events 

8.1 Any products purchased from Tredders Quality Footwear at any game and country events can only be exchanged or refunded if returned to Tredders Quality Footwear within 14 days of purchase.

8.2 All goods must be in new condition and original packaging on return.

8.3 The customer is responsible for all return postage charges unless it is clearly indicated otherwise. 


9.Cooling off period and customer guarantee

9.1 You are entitled to cancel your order, by Tredders Quality Footwear using the contact details provided at the beginning of this document, for a period of 14 working days from delivery to you. In addition, if you don't like the footwear you have bought from us, we will exchange them or provide a refund, minus the cost of postage, whichever you prefer. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.

9.1 The additional customer guarantee provided in Clause 9.1 above is intended for the benefit of all our customers. However, if we believe that a customer has abused this guarantee, we may decide to withdraw the benefit of the customer guarantee from that customer. Alternatively, we reserve the right to close that or any other account of the Customer without notice and/or refuse to accept any further orders from that customer. In these circumstances, our decision will be final.
